USINATECH has implemented a just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing management system that incorporates every phase of production, from order taking to delivery via research and development, prototype manufacturing, preproduction tests and mass production.

USINATECH has an engineering department dedicated to designing components and developing prototypes.  

The use of leading edge computer-assisted design and manufacturing technologies, in particular the Computer-Aided Three Dimensional Interactive Application (CATIA), enables our engineers, drafts-persons and technicians to work closely with our customers’ design teams.

We add tremendous value by becoming involved in the preliminary stages of the part production process, through to designing specialized packaging to meet our client production specs.  We can intervene early on in the manufacturing process.

USINATECH’s ability to manage production for maximized output and reduced costs is one of the keys to our customer's success.  

For example, the creation of a department dedicated exclusively to the management and control of machining tools according to the SMED method allows the fastest possible set up of machining tools. In addition, our 'Work Cluster' manufacturing set ups, gather every phase of a part manufacturing or assemble in one location, eliminates unnecessary moving and handling.

USINATECH is continually looking for ways to improve production quality and part performance. As a result we have become have become industry leaders in manufacturing processes using induction and furnace heat treatments, as well as specialized welding techniques.
